These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Faisal Alshamsi, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us") and govern your use of the CleanScan iOS application and this website (together, "the App"). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where it does not conflict with these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal or internal business documents. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App, and you may not use it to build a competing service.
Scanning and capturing documents is free. Certain features, including unlimited document conversions, sharing, and e-signing, require a CleanScan Pro subscription. A limited number of conversions is included for free so you can evaluate the App.

Prices are shown in USD; actual pricing is set by Apple for your region and displayed in the App before purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple. We have no access to your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests must be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
CleanScan may offer referral codes, creator codes, or free-access codes that unlock discounts or complimentary access. Codes are promotional, have no cash value, may be limited in number or duration, and may be modified or revoked if misused. Complimentary access ends when the underlying promotion ends.
You keep all rights to the documents you scan and process. You are responsible for what you scan and for having the right to process it. The App is a tool; important documents should always be backed up. We are not responsible for loss of data caused by device failure, iCloud unavailability, or deletion of the App.
You agree not to use the App to infringe intellectual property, forge documents or signatures, violate another person's privacy, or break any applicable law. We may suspend features (including promotional access) where we reasonably believe they are being abused.
We update the App regularly to improve functionality, fix bugs, and add features; updates are included in your subscription. Individual features, including cloud conversion services, may change or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Conversion and OCR output is automated and may contain errors; verify results before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
